THE STEEL WAS MADE WITH A SPECIAL METHOD. IT WAS EXAMINED BY A MICROSCOPE. IT CONTAINS A PERFECT BALL OF CEMETITE. signed TETSU SAN JIN IMOTO (first original Imoto), DOGYU.

And to the left upper in red THIS PRODUCT HAS A SUPER HARD FINISH AND A GOOD QUALITY SHARPENING STONE IS RECOMMENDED. 

 

The graph below is titled CHEMICAL CONTENTS AND TEMPERATURES. The main components are listed for both the steel and the backing iron and begin from the left to the right in the second column CARBON, SILICON, MANGANESE, PHOSPHORUS,SULPHER, CHROME, TUNGSTUN, MOLYBDENUM and the percentages below are first for the high carbon blade steel and below for the backing base iron. Below that are the kiln temperatures for each and I believe the annealing temperatures but this part would need some extra research in the translation.
