This muscular 1 1/2 inch thick, 3.08 pound reverse "light colored" spotted (namazu) awasedo from the Kyoto Air Raid shelter is dense and solid. Any lines seen on the surface are tight and shallow. The hand-sawn sides are straight and the furrows are shallow, suggesting a long, slow, and careful process on the two-man tsurunoko saw.
 
Not from a nook but instead from the edge of the terrane within the mountain. It is pure from all fronts.
 
A tested tomonagura slurry stone, suited in size and grit, will be included.
