This is a light colored asagi from the Air Raid Shelter hoard that we brought fro a plumbing supply store in Kyoto. All 4 sides have hand saw marks that were made using two men tea using push-pull saws called tsuru-noko. These saws were stopped using when electricity became available in the early 20th century.
